The applying organization must be a qualifying non-profit functioning for a minimum of six (6) months. A completed application shall be submitted the Department of Consumer Protection, Charitable Games Unit at least fifteen (15) days prior to the start of the raffle.

An application for a permit to conduct the following raffles may be completed online:

- Winner Must be Present
- Cash Prize Raffle, Class 1,2,4 ONLY. Dedicated bank account information required.
In addition to providing information regarding your organization and the type of raffle you wish to conduct, the following documents must be completed and uploaded to your online application:

" under Activities to access the online application. Please note, the organization name under which you register and login will be the name that will appear on your permit.
