Real Estate License Change of Information

 
 
NAME CHANGE:
 
To report a name change, please send an email to DCP.Licenseservices@ct.gov with the following information:
    • Real Estate License Number

    • Current Name on License

    • New Name

    • A copy of an official court document reflecting the legal name change (marriage certificate, divorce decree) or a copy of a driver's license reflecting the name change. 
 
ADDRESS CHANGE:
 
To report a change of address, please send an email to DCP.Licenseservices@ct.gov  with the following information:
    • Real Estate License Number

    • Date of Birth

    • Current Address of Record

    • New Address


CHANGE OF SPONSORING BROKER/SALESPERSON TRANSFER:
 
To report a change of sponsorship, the licensed salesperson and the sponsoring broker must complete the attached Real Estate Salesperson Transfer Form and mail it directly to this office before a salesperson can represent a new broker.


SALESPERSON TERMINATION
:
 
A sponsoring broker must provide notification to this office anytime a salesperson is no longer affiliated with the sponsoring broker. 
 
To report a termination of a salesperson, the sponsoring broker may send an email to DCP.Licenseservices@ct.gov with the following information or complete the attached Real Estate Salesperson Termination Form:
    • Legal Name of Sponsoring Broker

    • Current License Number of Sponsoring Broker

    • Telephone Number of Sponsoring Broker

    • Name of Salesperson

    • License Number of Salesperson

    • Email Address of Salesperson

  • Real Estate Salesperson Termination Form
