Reinstatement of Real Estate License

You may reinstate your real estate salesperson license, real estate broker license, or your legal entity broker license if you did not renew the license in a timely manner -- provided the Department of Consumer Protection receives your complete reinstatement application, fees, and continuing education within two (2) years of the expiration date of your license.

NOTE: Salespersons may also transfer to another sponsoring broker using the Reinstatement Application for Individuals.
