The Commission on Pharmacy
The Connecticut Commission of Pharmacy operates within the Department of Consumer Protection and consists of six members appointed by the governor. The Commission has jurisdiction over pharmacy practice in Connecticut and approves the licensure and registration of pharmacies, pharmacists, pharmacy interns and pharmacy technicians. The Commission normally meets on the last Wednesday of each month at 165 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, CT.
