FDC for Leaders
Family Development Credentials (FDC) for Leaders is 35-hour professional development training for leaders interested in learning practical ways to build their organizational capacity in the areas of empowerment-based supervision, interagency collaboration, strengths-based assessment, multicultural competence and personal self-empowerment.
FDC for Leaders was developed for all levels of leadership and helps organizational leaders influence meaningful differences within their family support programs and agencies.

Each class is 6 days long
