Jesse is a friendly youth who will captivate you with his beautiful brown eyes.   Jesse was born in February of 1993. He is a tall and energetic youth who has a great sense of humor.  Jesse has many diverse interests to include drawing, reading, and writing his own short stories. He is bright and imaginative and has a love of history.  He has a keen interest in the writing of peace treaties and the Declaration of Independence.  His memory serves him well as he quotes famous leaders such as Martin Luther King Jr.  Jesse easily engages with adults and is eager to be a part of family who understands his special needs.  Jesse receives special education services and is doing well in his classes.  Like all children, Jesse deserves love and stability.   He would do best in a two family home with no other children.  If you are that loving and patient family, please consider opening your heart and home to Jesse.
