Human Resources Mission Statement: To provide quality service in partnership with our customers that promote success, mutual respect and understanding, and enable us to support the overall mission of the Agency.
Human Resources Overview: The Human Resources Division is responsible for providing a full range of human resources services including labor relations, recruitment, employee services, Workers’ Compensation, workplace violence prevention and Payroll services to approximately 3,800 employees throughout the state. We have fifteen Area Offices, four facilities located in various towns across the state and our Central Office located in Hartford.
