Docket No. 427 (NAT & Cing) Evidentiary Hearing in New Britain

RE: DOCKET NO. 427 – North Atlantic Towers, LLC and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance and operation of a telecommunications facility located at one of two sites: 171 Short Beach Road, Branford, or 82 Short Beach Road, East Haven, Connecticut.

The Council will continue the evidentiary hearing for this application at 11:00 a.m. on Wedensday, August 15, 2012, in Hearing Room One, 10 Franklin Square, New Britain, Connecticut. On or before August 1, 2012, all parties and intervenors are requested to exchange pre-hearing interrogatories with all other parties and intervenors. The Council requests that all responses to interrogatories, pre-filed testimony and exhibits be submitted to the Council and all parties and intervenors on or before August 8, 2012.
