RE: DOCKET NO. 428 – New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (AT&T) application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a telecommunications facility located at one of two sites: Roxbury Tax Assessor Parcel ID #32-008 off of Route 67, Roxbury, Connecticut, or 126 Transylvania Road, Roxbury, Connecticut.
During the evidentiary hearing for the above-referenced matter held on September 18, 2012, the Connecticut Siting Council (Council) ruled on the following motion:
- Town of Woodbury Request for Party Status
The request was approved.
The Council shall continue the evidentiary hearing for this proceeding on October 30, 2012 in Hearing Room One, Ten Franklin Square, New Britain, Connecticut, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
To save the time and expense of parties, intervenors and the public, and to conclude this proceeding in a timely fashion, the Council requests that all parties and intervenors submit additional interrogatories to the applicant and other parties and intervenors on or before October 16, 2012. Interrogatory responses and any additional pre-filed testimony, as well as supplemental information requested from the applicant during the September 18, 2012 hearing should be submitted to the Council on or before October 23, 2012.
