PE 1045 BE 2012 W LLC Field Inspection in Newington

PETITION NO. 1045 – BE 2012 W LLC petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for the installation of a 250 kW Fuel Cell to be located at Sam’s Club, 3465 Berlin Turnpike, Newington, Connecticut.

The Connecticut Siting Council has scheduled a field inspection for Friday, January 4, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. to review this petition. The meeting place will be at the location of the proposed fuel cell behind the Sam’s Club at 3465 Berlin Turnpike in Newington, Connecticut.
