A meeting of the Connecticut Siting Council (energy/telecommunications) will be held on May 2, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. in Hearing Room Two, Ten Franklin Square, New Britain, Connecticut.

  1. DOCKET NO. 190B - Meriden Gas Turbines, LLC Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for a 530 MW combined cycle generating plant in Meriden, Connecticut. Reopening of this docket pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes § 4-181a(b) limited to Council consideration of changed conditions and Decommissioning Plan.  Schedule.
 
  1. DOCKET NO. 265A - Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. Application to Amend and Modify the Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the existing independent spent fuel storage installation at Millstone Power Station, Rope Ferry Road, Waterford, Connecticut pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes § 4-181a(b) for the limited purpose of determining if changed conditions related to the existing independent spent fuel storage installation justify a modification of the Decision and Order.  Draft Findings of Fact, Opinion, and Decision & Order.

5.      TS-ATC-126-130416 – American Tower Corporation (“ATC”) request for an order to approved the shared used of an existing telecommunications facility located at Booth Hill Road/aka 14 Oxford Drive, Shelton, Connecticut.  Decision.

 

6.      TS-ATC-162-130416 – American Tower Corporation (“ATC”) request for an order to approved the shared used of an existing telecommunications facility located at 428 Platt Hill Road, Winchester, Connecticut.  Decision.

 

7.      TS-ATC-008-130416 – American Tower Corporation (“ATC”) request for an order to approved the shared used of an existing telecommunications facility located at 9 Meyers Road/aka 93 Old Amity Road, Bethel, Connecticut.  Decision.

               8.      Administrative Matters.  

 

·        PETITION NO. 1000 - The Connecticut Light and Power Company petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for all transmission remediation activities pursuant to the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) facility ratings recommendation to industry.  Number of Copies to be filed with the Council.
