An Energy/Telecommunications meeting of the Connecticut Siting Council will be held on October 13, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in Hearing Room Two, Ten Franklin Square, New Britain, Connecticut.

DOCKET NO. 445 - Homeland Towers, LLC Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a telecommunications facility located southwest of the intersection of Old Stagecoach Road and Aspen Ledges Road, Ridgefield, Connecticut.  Transfer of Certificate. 
  3. DOCKET NO. 467 - Homeland Towers, LLC and Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a telecommunications facility located at Brookfield Tax Assessor Map E10, Lot 014, 100 Pocono Road, Brookfield, Connecticut.  Draft Findings of Fact, Opinion, and Decision & Order. 
  4. DOCKET NO. 470 - NTE Connecticut, LLC application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a 550-megawatt dual-fuel combined cycle electric generating facility and associated electrical interconnection switchyard located at 180 and 189 Lake Road, Killingly, Connecticut.  Applicant’s Request for Extension of Time to Respond to Council’s Interrogatory No. 68; NAPP Motion to Extend Pre-File Deadline.
  5. PETITION NO. 754 - Best Management Practices for Electric and Magnetic Fields.  Annual Review.

PETITION NO. 1217 – Eversource Energy declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for the proposed separation of the existing 1779/1777 115 kilovolt (kV) electric transmission lines for 1.6 miles within existing right of way from Bloomfield Substation to Bloomfield Junction;  proposed separation of the existing 1751/1777 115kV electric transmission lines for 5.3 miles within existing right of way from Bloomfield Junction to North Bloomfield Substation; modifications to the existing overhead 1779 115 kV electric transmission line to loop into the Rood Avenue Substation via underground cables; including related transmission line structure improvements; and modifications to the Bloomfield Substation, 40 Crestview Drive and North Bloomfield Substation, 2 Hoskins Road both in Bloomfield, Connecticut and modifications to the Rood Avenue Substation located at 275 Rood Avenue, Windsor, Connecticut. Development and Management Plan – Transmission.
  7. PETITION NO. 1250 - The United Illuminating Company petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for the proposed replacement of existing fence sections and the installation of grounding conductor within and outside the fence line at its existing New Congress Substation located at 55 Congress Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Decision.
  8. PETITION NO. 1251 – Eversource Energy petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for the proposed rebuilding and reconductoring of approximately 3.8 miles of its existing No. 900 69-kV transmission line within existing right of way between Skungamaug Substation and Mansfield Junction in Coventry, Connecticut, and related transmission line structure improvements. Decision. 
  9. PETITION NO. 1252 - Eversource Energy petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for the proposed replacement of an existing 70-foot tall telecommunications facility with a new 120-foot tall telecommunications facility at property owned by Eversource Energy used as a service center and maintenance yard located at 22 East High Street, East Hampton, Connecticut. Request for Party Status.
