A meeting of the Connecticut Siting Council (energy/telecommunications) will be held on November 19, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. in Hearing Room One, Ten Franklin Square, New Britain, Connecticut.

AGENDA

1.  Minutes of November 5, 2009.

2.  DOCKET NO. 225 - Kleen Energy Systems, LLC application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance and operation of a Electric Generating Facility and Switchyard on River Road, Middletown, Connecticut. Request for Extension.

3.  DOCKET NO. 334 - Sprint Nextel Corporation. Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance and operation of a telecommunications facility located at 186 Black Rock Turnpike, Redding, Connecticut. Request for Extension.

4.  DOCKET NO. 382 – Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public need for the construction, maintenance and operation of a telecommunications facility located off of Lane Street, Huntington (Shelton), Connecticut. Draft Findings of Fact.

8.  PETITION NO. 918 - The United Illuminating Company petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for proposed modifications at three locations located at Bob White Lane, Trumbull; 36 Center Road, Easton; and corner of Route 80 and Twin Lakes Road, Branford,  Connecticut. Decision.

9.  PETITION NO. 920 - The Clearwire Corporation petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for the proposed extension of an existing tower at 289H Mountain Street in Hartford, Connecticut. Decision.

10.  TS-METROPCS-161-091030 - MetroPCS New York, LLC request for an order to approve tower sharing at an existing telecommunications facility located at 128 Mather Street, Wilton, Connecticut.

11.  TS-POCKET-131-091110- Youghiogheny Communications-Northeast, LLC d/b/a Pocket Communications request for an order to approve tower sharing at an existing telecommunications facility located at 440 Old Turnpike Road, Southington, Connecticut.
