Please note, the Connecticut Siting Council (Council) is not required to maintain an online data base of Pending Matters.  Due to a high volume of filings, the Council may not be able to keep the information found on these sites up to date.  For complete Pending Matter information, please contact the Council's staff or feel free to view the hard copy of the pertinent file in the Council’s office.  The Council endeavors to keep information up to date for the convenience of the public.

 
The Council's preferred method of service to participants in a matter is via electronic mail.  If a participant prefers to receive hard copies of documents via regular mail, please notify the Council in writing.

PETITION NO. 1310A - Quinebaug Solar, LLC petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of a 50 megawatt AC solar photovoltaic electric generating facility on approximately 561 acres comprised of 29 separate and abutting privately-owned parcels located generally north of Wauregan Road in Canterbury and south of Rukstela Road and Allen Hill Road in Brooklyn, Connecticut. PETITION NO. 1364A - Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless request to amend its declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed installation of a small cell telecommunications facility on the roof of an existing commercial and residential building located at 192 Main Street, Norwich, Connecticut. PETITION NO. 1385Cobb Road, LLC petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of a 1.95-megawatt AC solar photovoltaic electric generating facility on approximately 11.16 acres located at 20-1 Short Hills Road, Old Lyme, Connecticut and associated electrical interconnection.

PETITION NO. 1386 – New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (AT&T) petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed installation of a wireless telecommunications facility at an existing Eversource-owned electric transmission line structure (#917) within an existing Eversource electric transmission line right-of-way located at 5 Tall Pines Drive, Weston, Connecticut.

PETITION NO. 1387 – Bloom Energy Corporation petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of a grid-side 10-megawatt (MW) fuel cell facility and associated equipment to be located at Eversource Energy’s existing Judd Brook electric distribution substation, 160 Old Amston Road, Colchester, Connecticut.

DOCKET NO. 470B – NTE Connecticut, LLC application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a 550-megawatt dual-fuel combined cycle electric generating facility and associated electrical interconnection switchyard located  at 180 and 189 Lake Road, Killingly, Connecticut.  Reopening of this application based on changed conditions pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-181a(b).

 
DOCKET NO. 482 - Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a telecommunications facility on town-owned property behind Lyman Memorial High School located at 917 Exeter Road, Lebanon, Connecticut.

DOCKET NO. 483 - The United Illuminating Company application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the Pequonnock Substation Rebuild Project that entails construction, maintenance, and operation of a 115/13.8-kilovolt (kV) gas insulated replacement substation facility located 700 feet southwest of UI’s existing Pequonnock substation on an approximately 3.7 acre parcel owned by PSEG Power Connecticut, LLC at 1 Kiefer Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut, and related transmission structure and interconnection improvements.

DOCKET NO. 484 - Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a telecommunications facility at one of three locations at 72 Ragged Hill Road, Pomfret, Connecticut.

PETITION NO. 1328  – Windham Solar LLC petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of one 1-megawatt (MW) and one .99-MW solar photovoltaic electric generating facilities located at 481 Mashamoquet Road, Pomfret, Connecticut.

PETITION NO. 1345 – Pawcatuck Solar Center LLC petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of a 15 MW AC solar photovoltaic electric generating facility on approximately 353 acres comprised of four abutting parcels located east of Pendleton Hill Road, north of the Pawcatuck River and south of Interstate-95 with proposed access from Ella Wheeler Road, and associated electrical interconnection to Eversource Energy’s Shunock Substation west of Pendleton Hill Road in North Stonington, Connecticut.

PETITION NO. 1352 - Nutmeg Solar, LLC, petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of a 19.6-megawatt AC solar photovoltaic electric generating facility on approximately 162 acres comprised of 9 separate parcels located generally south of Bailey Road and east of Route 191 (Broad Brook Road), and associated electrical interconnection to Eversource Energy’s Scitico Substation at 20 Bailey Road in Enfield, Connecticut.

PETITION NO. 1372 – Derby Fuel Cell, LLC petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of a 14.0-megawatt fuel cell facility and associated equipment to be located at 200 Roosevelt Drive, Derby, Connecticut.
