Please note, the Connecticut Siting Council (Council) is not required to maintain an online data base of Pending Matters.  Due to a high volume of filings, the Council may not be able to keep the information found on these sites up to date.  For complete Pending Matter information, please contact the Council's staff or feel free to view the hard copy of the pertinent file in the Council’s office.  The Council endeavors to keep information up to date for the convenience of the public.

 
The Council's preferred method of service to participants in a matter is via electronic mail.  If a participant prefers to receive hard copies of documents via regular mail, please notify the Council in writing.

PETITION NO. 1381 – Bloom Energy Corporation petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of a customer-side 600-kilowatt fuel cell facility and associated equipment to be located at the Hospital for Special Care, 2150 Corbin Avenue, New Britain, Connecticut.
 
PETITION NO. 1382 – The Connecticut Light and Power Company d/b/a Eversource Energy petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed 1355 Line Rebuild Project consisting of the replacement and reconductoring of approximately 1.38 miles of its existing No. 1355 115-kilovolt (kV) electric transmission line structures within existing Eversource electric transmission line right-of-way between a location just east of the existing Schwab Junction off of Chimney Hill Road and Colony Substation off of Old Colony Road in Wallingford, Connecticut, and related substation and electric transmission line structure improvements.

DOCKET NO. 477 - Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a telecommunications facility located at 46 Cemetery Road, Canterbury, Connecticut.

PETITION NO. 1222 - Windham Solar LLC petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of three 2.0 Megawatt and four 1.0 Megawatt Solar Photovoltaic Electric Generating facilities located southeast of Hartford Turnpike and south of Fisk Road, Hampton, Connecticut.

PETITION NO. 1328  – Windham Solar LLC petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of one 1-megawatt (MW) and one .99-MW solar photovoltaic electric generating facilities located at 481 Mashamoquet Road, Pomfret, Connecticut.

PETITION NO. 1345 – Pawcatuck Solar Center LLC petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of a 15 MW AC solar photovoltaic electric generating facility on approximately 353 acres comprised of four abutting parcels located east of Pendleton Hill Road, north of the Pawcatuck River and south of Interstate-95 with proposed access from Ella Wheeler Road, and associated electrical interconnection to Eversource Energy’s Shunock Substation west of Pendleton Hill Road in North Stonington, Connecticut.

PETITION NO. 1352 - Nutmeg Solar, LLC, petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of a 19.6-megawatt AC solar photovoltaic electric generating facility on approximately 162 acres comprised of 9 separate parcels located generally south of Bailey Road and east of Route 191 (Broad Brook Road), and associated electrical interconnection to Eversource Energy’s Scitico Substation at 20 Bailey Road in Enfield, Connecticut.

PETITION NO. 1372 – Derby Fuel Cell, LLC petition for a declaratory ruling, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-176 and §16-50k, for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of a 14.0-megawatt fuel cell facility and associated equipment to be located at 200 Roosevelt Drive, Derby, Connecticut.
