Please note, the Connecticut Siting Council (Council) is not required to maintain an online data base of Pending Matters.  Due to a high volume of filings, the Council may not be able to keep the information found on these sites up to date.  For complete Pending Matter information, please contact the Council's staff or feel free to view the hard copy of the pertinent file in the Council’s office.  The Council endeavors to keep information up to date for the convenience of the public.

 
The Council's preferred method of service to participants in a matter is via electronic mail.  If a participant prefers to receive hard copies of documents via regular mail, please notify the Council in writing.

PETITION NO. 1292 - Bloom Energy Corporation, as an agent for Digital Realty, petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for the construction, operation and maintenance of a Customer-Side 2 Megawatt Fuel Cell Facility to be located at the Digital Realty building, 80 Merritt Boulevard, Trumbull, Connecticut.

PETITION NO. 1293  – Eversource Energy petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for all transmission facility asset condition maintenance improvements to comply with the updated National Electric Safety Code clearance requirements.

DOCKET NO.  463A – American Towers, LLC and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC amended application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a telecommunications facility located at 351A Boston Post Road, East Lyme, Connecticut or for the construction, maintenance and operation of a telecommunications facility at an alternative site located at 2 Arbor Crossing, East Lyme, Connecticut pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes §4-181a(a).

 

DOCKET NO. 468 - The Connecticut Light & Power Company d/b/a Eversource Energy application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the Southwest Connecticut Reliability Project that traverses the municipalities of Bethel, Danbury, and Brookfield, which consists of (a) construction, maintenance and operation of a new 115-kV overhead electric transmission line entirely within existing Eversource right-of-way and associated facilities extending approximately 3.4 miles between Eversource’s existing Plumtree Substation in the Town of Bethel to its existing Brookfield Junction in the Town of Brookfield; (b) reconfiguration of two existing 115-kV double-circuit electric transmission lines at Eversource’s existing Stony Hill Substation in the Town of Brookfield; and (c) related substation modifications.

PETITION NO. 1195 - SolarCity Corporation petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for the proposed construction and operation of a 4.05 Megawatt Community Shared Solar Photovoltaic Electric Generating facility located on municipally-owned property at 1240 Poquonnock Road, Groton, Connecticut. 

PETITION NO. 1220 -Windham Solar LLC petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of three 2.0 Megawatt and one 1.0 Megawatt Solar Photovoltaic Electric Generating facilities located at 1219 and 1240 Voluntown Road, Griswold, Connecticut.

PETITION NO. 1222 - Windham Solar LLC petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for the proposed construction, maintenance and operation of three 2.0 Megawatt and four 1.0 Megawatt Solar Photovoltaic Electric Generating facilities located southeast of Hartford Turnpike and south of Fisk Road, Hampton, Connecticut.
