Wind Energy
The Council has jurisdiction to regulate wind energy facilities under Section § 16-50i(a)(3), Section § 16-50k(a) and Section § 4-176 of the Connecticut General Statutes and Section § 16-50j-38 et seq. of the Regulations of the Connecticut State Agencies.
To assist the public in its understanding of wind energy and the issues associated with it, the Council has prepared this page of hyperlinks to various sources of information about wind energy.
