The Legislative Black and Puerto Rican Caucus cordially invites all legislators, staff and the public to their annual “Spring Fling” to benefit the Wilfred X. Johnson Scholarship program on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. at Red Rock Tavern, 369 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, Connecticut 06106.  The night will feature dance, food and music.  Please contact Caucus members for tickets.
