If you have a problem you would like to report you may do so by calling:

(860) 622-4560 and choosing option 1 for DAS-Best Help Desk, or 3 for GlobalNOC Service Desk

or by sending email to: BEST.helpdesk@ct.gov or Servicedesk@cteducation.net.

The DAS-BEST Help Desk handles all application issues. Examples of application issues are filtering, DNS changes, video conferencing, misc questions, etc.
The GlobalNOC Service Desk handles all network issues. The GlobalNOC supports our network 24x7x365. Examples of network related issues are if your site is down, circuit is down, site has no internet access but switch is up, fiber cuts, etc.
