Over 230,000 inquiries for the Vacation Guide were received by the State in 2005 via the nationwide toll-free number and web site.

The addresses are available only on pressure sensitive (peel & press) labels. Purchasers may request all the addresses or any number of them by special arrangement. For instance, they can request all the labels from certain states, zip codes, or months. Labels are supplied in zip-code sequence to facilitate bulk mailings.

There is a $50.00 search fee required for each order, the lead names cost $25.00 per thousand, or part thereof, plus 6% state tax.

The following Terms of Use apply:

1. USE
   List may be used for only one mailing and cannot be disclosed, transferred, duplicated, reproduced or retained in any form. Buyer assumes responsibility for full rental fee for any re-use of list supplied.
   
2. RESALE
   Lists cannot be resold.
   
3. SPECIFIC PURPOSE
   Labels are to be used for mailing materials promoting Connecticut tourism offerings only.
   
4. APPROVAL
   Materials to be mailed must be submitted to the Tourism Division for prior approval.
   
5. USE OF LOGO
   Users are required to use the statewide advertising logo “CONNECTICUT” on promotional materials being mailed.  A campaign graphics guide and logo sheets are available from the Tourism Division.
   
6. SOLICITATION
   No telephone solicitation.
   
7. INDEMNITY
   Purchaser will indemnify the Connecticut Commission on Culture & Tourism for any damages, liability, or expense incurred by the State of Connecticut due to purchaser use or custody of a list.
