New Practice Book Rules effective January 1, 2010 are available on the Judicial Branch website and at the following link: http://www.jud.ct.gov/PB.htm. Note the new requirement in Rule 33a-2(a) for DCF to provide contact information at the time of filing an OTC for children's counsel proposed by the CCPA and recommended by the Juvenile Rules Task Force.
