| Model Child Welfare Law Offices to open in New Haven and Waterford September 2008 |
| | The Commission on Child Protection has awarded contracts in response to an RFP for a pilot Multi-Disciplinary Child Welfare Law Office to New Haven Legal Assistance Association and the South Eastern Connecticut Center for Juvenile Justice. These offices will provide holistic representation to some of the children served by the New Haven and Waterford Juvenile Courts as a two year pilot project. |

Please note the Standards were updated on 12/29/06 with minor changes and an Appendix added to the parent's standards containing Rule 1.14 as amended. |
