Questions or requests for information can be made by phone, fax, email, or in person. Office hours and phone access is Monday-Friday, 8:30a.m.- 4:30p.m. There is no fee for State of Connecticut residents. You may drop off soil samples Monday-Friday, 8:30a.m.- 4:30p.m. We are closed on state holidays. Currently the samples are taking 1-2 weeks for testing and a report will be sent in the mail.
