We are currently experiencing a service disruption with our Branch to Branch (B2B) VPN service.  As a result customers utilizing this service will not be able to access their tunnels until the connectivity is reestablish.  BEST technical resources are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.  Tunnels are being established on an individual basis and staff are working with vendors and agencies to confirm connectivity.
 
The Department of Information Technology is now the Bureau of Enterprise Systems and Technology (BEST) within the Department of Administrative Services. We have recently updated our website to reflect the change but we are still in the process of updating all of the content within the site. Please have patience while we make this transition, and consider all references to Department of Information Technology or DOIT to be the Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Enterprise Systems and Technology.
