Directory Assistance Resources

  • Select the link above to access a list of free, online directory assistance web sites compiled as part of DAS/BEST's continuing effort to assist agencies in reducing telecommunication costs.

  • These sites may be utilized as alternatives to 411. Agency business offices may also request telephone directories by submitting an online telecommunication service request (TSR) to DAS/BEST. 
Network Services Master Agreements
  • DAS/BESTís Telecommunications Products and Services Master Agreements are available to State of Connecticut agencies and political subdivisions.  Agencies may choose a provider based on what services and equipment fulfill their business needs.
     
  • An administrative fee will be added to agency telecommunication bills via the Telecommunications Billing Management System (TBMS). 
  • Priority telecommunications programs available to State agencies that will enhance the agencies capability to communicate during critical times by priority restoral of services, emergency provisioning of new services or priority calling services.

  • Use these pages to request enrollment in the program for priority restoral of services for voice lines, data lines and wireless voice lines.
