for State Agencies and Municipalities
C.G.S. Sec. 1-212 (b)(4) , as amended by P.A. 12-205 , requires the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services, Bureau of Enterprise Systems and Technology to “ provide guidelines to agencies regarding the calculation of the fees charged for copies of computer-stored public records."
