DORS Human Resources provides the following services:

  • Postings and information regarding all vacant DORS positions available for refill.

  • Recruitment services for filling DORS jobs.

  • Administration of DORS employee statutory and labor bargaining unit salaries and benefits.

  • DORS employee and bargaining unit labor relations.

  • Administers DORS and state policies at agency which include sexual harrassment, work place violence, Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and DORS attendance policy.

  • Liaison with other lead state agencies (OLR, DAS, and OPM) on personnel and labor relations matters.
