Is your organization interested in becoming a member of the Coalition for Elder Justice in Connecticut?

The Coalition for Elder Justice in CT was formed in 2013 by the State Department on Aging for public and private stakeholders addressing elder justice issues in Connecticut. As a Coalition member, you become part of this multidisciplinary statewide system of agencies and other organizations that are partnering to achieve the vision and goals of the Coalition – to prevent elder abuse and protect the rights, independence, security, and well-being of vulnerable elders. The Coalition works to fulfill its mission through Action Teams of members who have identified concerns that impact the state’s ability to support an adequate public-private infrastructure and the resources needed to be in place to prevent, detect, treat, understand, intervene in and, where appropriate, prosecute elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.

You and/or your organization may be identified on the website (currently under construction at www.elderjusticect.org ) as a member of the Coalition for Elder Justice in Connecticut, receive information and updates, and have opportunities to participate in Action Teams, Seminars, the Annual Conferences or other implementation activities of the Coalition.

We urge your organization to join the Coalition at No Cost today. For additional information about the Coalition, please email us at marie.peck.llewellyn@ct.gov. Fill out the "Membership Form" if you are interested in joining the members of the Coalition as we work toward achieving elder justice in Connecticut. Please provide your full name and the name of the organization, your e-mail, address and phone number.
