Message from Attorney General George Jepsen

Fraud against the state siphons money from every tax payer and from important programs that protect our most vulnerable citizens.  The Office of the Attorney General will utilize all available legal tools, including the Connecticut False Claims Act (“CT FCA”) to stop fraud and recover civil damages  from those who cheat the state.

WE NEED YOUR HELP! Most reports of fraud come from tips!  If you suspect fraud or abuse please let us know.

The Connecticut Attorney General Office Fraud Hotline accepts tips and complaints from all sources about potential fraud, waste, or abuse that affects Connecticut state government, including Connecticut government healthcare programs. Your information will be reviewed promptly by an attorney or investigator.

If you suspect HEALTHCARE FRAUD OR ABUSE affecting Connecticut government healthcare programs, please report abuse.

Thank you for your help in stopping fraud.

GEORGE JEPSEN, ATTORNEY GENERAL
