Attorney General Gives Notice Of Abnormal Disruption In Market For Energy Resources

 
 
 

Pursuant to Section 4 of Senate Bill 457, which was signed into law and became effective on April 3, 2012, the Attorney General hereby gives notice of an abnormal disruption in the market for energy resources.  In accordance with Section 4 of Senate Bill 457, the inception date of the abnormal market disruption is Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at 12:00 p.m., and the end date is 11:59 p.m. on July 2, 2012. As used herein, “energy resources” and “abnormal market disruption” shall be defined as set forth in Conn. Gen. Stat. § 42-234, as amended by Senate Bill 457.
