Connecticut driveways took a beating this winter, prompting warnings from Attorney General Richard Blumenthal to beware of paving and sealing scams by con artist contractors. "As summer begins, we traditionally see an increase in the number of scam artists who approach senior homeowners with paving and resurfacing deals that sound to good to be true, and they are," Blumenthal said.
