Gov. Rell: Return Flags to Full Staff Today 

         Governor M. Jodi Rell today ordered U.S. and State of Connecticut flags to be returned to full staff at sundown. 

         Governor Rell had ordered flags lowered to half-staff in honor of U.S. Army PFC Gebrah P. Noonan, who died last month in a non-combat incident while on duty in Fallujah, Iraq.

         Noonan, 26, of Watertown, was on active duty with the U.S. Army.  His funeral service and burial with full military honors took place today.
