Governor Rell Orders Flags Returned to Full-Staff at Dusk Today
Governor M. Jodi Rell has ordered U.S. and state flags to be returned to full-staff at dusk today.
On April 3, Governor Rell ordered flags lowered to half-staff in memory of Marine Lance Corporal Tyler Griffin of Voluntown, who was killed while on active duty in Afghanistan.
Lance Corporal Griffin’s funeral took place today at Arlington National Cemetery.
