  The Governor has invited nonprofit organizations to use the items for their fundraising needs. Retailers that market the keepsakes can buy them at wholesale rates will have their company name listed on as an official retailer. The keepsakes can be viewed and purchased online by going to and click on the Gif Shop link. Proceeds will help fund 375th Anniversary activities throughout the year.

  The Governor’s bill criminalizes the use of “interactive” computer and Internet services, such as a webcam or phone camera, to entice minors to display their intimate body parts and engage in a sexual act. The assets of those convicted would be subject to forfeiture and would help provide funding to the state’s criminal justice system.
