DRS to reduce paper mailings, encourage electronic filing
  Hartford – The Connecticut Department of Revenue Services (DRS) today announced that it will stop mailing tax returns to some monthly business tax filers as a way to streamline operations and curtail agency spending. Taxpayers are being encouraged to electronically file these returns.
